Graduation photo shoot for $250

What is included:

A 25-minute photoshoot near your graduation ceremony.

A variety of low-resolution images (for social media).

Five professionally edited, high-resolution images.

A fashion snap (upon request – will be shared via @fashionsnapnz).

How it works:

You will book an appointment via Calendly and pay within three days to secure your spot.

Within a week of the photoshoot you will receive a variety of low-resolution image files via online download services such as Google Drive and Wetransfer.

You will be invited to choose five photos for professional editing. You will need to email the file names to yukiwadafotografie@gmail.com within a week of receiving the images. Requests received after a week may be delayed.

In booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions:

Booking:

All appointments will be booked via Calendly. You will receive a confirmation email with payment details. Payments must be made within three working days of booking. If the payment is not received within three working days, the appointment will be canceled. 

Cancellations and Refunds:

Please make sure you are committed to your photoshoot before making an appointment. You can request a 50% refund for cancellations made 72 hours before your scheduled photoshoot. No refunds will be available for cancellations made within 72 hours of the photoshoot. Please email yukiwadafotografie@gmail.com with any requests. Fees are non-refundable, however, in the case of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an opportunity to reschedule.

Changes:

Changes to the date and time of your photoshoot must be made 72 hours before your scheduled photoshoot and are subject to availability. If you need to make a change, please book a new appointment via Calendly and email yukiwadafotografie@gmail.com to inform him of the changes. You may lose one or both appointments if you do not clearly communicate the changes. Requests made within 72 hours of the photoshoot may be considered depending on the circumstances and availability. Please contact yukiwadafotografie@gmail.com with any requests.

Lateness:

No refunds will be available for last-minute cancellations or lateness to the photoshoot. If you arrive late, you will be able to use the remaining time available, but the session will end at the scheduled time.

Photo Editing:

You will be able to choose five photos for professional editing. Additional edited images can be purchased for $50 each. 

Timing:

You will receive a variety of low-resolution photographs within a week of your photoshoot and will be invited to choose five photos for professional editing. You will need to email the file names of the photos you want edited to yukiwadafotografie@gmail.com within a week of receiving the images. You will receive the edited photos within two weeks of submitting the file names. Requests received after one week may be delayed.

Photo Sharing:

I might share your edited photos on my website unless specifically requested not to do so.
